Who is Jeremy Davis?
One of the most genuine sales and real estate coaches you’ll meet. You’ll feel it when you’re with him in person.
My entire life was preparing me.
The teacher
Jeremy started off as a religious teacher. He got paid to teach about Jesus.
Door to door
He transitioned into door-to-door sales and sold in the top 1% nationwide for more than 10 years, in 25+ markets.
Real estate
He knew nothing. He hired 3 coaches and sold 75 homes his first year.
The hardest year
Jeremy was on pace to sell 125 homes the next year when his dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Jeremy lost him 9 months later and spiraled into a deep depression.
The mission
He came out of it with a burning passion to coach and help others succeed. His dad was also a coach, and this is how Jeremy keeps his legacy alive.

“I’m on a mission to lower the failure rate in this industry. Not on my watch.”— Jeremy Davis
The industry was failing its realtors.
I’d coach realtors 1-on-1 and hear their struggles. There was a massive lack of training and support available in the industry. After providing the training and support, realtors started selling 15, 25, 40, 50, 75, and 100+ deals.
Take care of you
Jeremy believes that if you take care of you, learn to implement and follow systems & lead a value-driven life, you can go and learn the skills necessary to blow up your business.
6 principles
Jeremy now travels nationwide and trains on the 6 principles that made him successful, the same ones he’s coached realtors on all over Canada and the USA.
God first
Jeremy believes that if you put God first, everything else will fall into place. Live a life of purpose and intention & the rest will take care of itself.
He is a family man.
Jeremy is a devoted family man, happily married to his wife Natalie, with three wonderful kids — Caitlyn, Beckham, and Grayson — and another baby on the way.
When he’s not coaching others in real estate and sales, you’ll find him coaching his kids’ soccer games, spending quality time with his family, and enjoying playful moments with their spirited dog, Buckett.
